Welcome to MUNDO Real Estate Platform ("MUNDO," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law
- You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

MUNDO provides a platform that connects users with real estate properties and agents in Spain. Our services include:
- Property search and listing discovery

- Communication tools to contact agents
- Saved searches and property alerts
- Mortgage calculators and financial tools
- Tour scheduling and inquiry submission
Important: MUNDO is a platform that facilitates connections between users and real estate professionals. We are not a real estate broker, agent, or property owner. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property listings, availability, or any representations made by agents or property owners.
5. User Conduct
When using our Platform, you agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or agents
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Scrape, crawl, or collect data from our Platform without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Circumvent any security features or access controls
6. Property Listings and Information
Property listings on our Platform are provided by real estate agents, property owners, and third-party sources. While we strive to ensure accuracy:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing
- Prices, availability, and property features may change without notice
- Images and descriptions may not reflect the current condition of properties
- You should independently verify all information before making any decisions
We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in property listings, and we do not endorse or guarantee any particular property or agent.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by MUNDO, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.
8. User Content
You may have the opportunity to submit reviews, comments, questions, or other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:
- Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content
- Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content
- Agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights
We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion without notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUNDO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MUNDO and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madrid, Spain.
For users in the European Union, you may also be entitled to submit disputes to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and MUNDO concerning your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
